May Happenings

Good Morning Boardwalk;

We have a couple of events coming up in May that you should be aware of.

May 18th as you have seen from the previous post is our Annual Garage Sale. Please remember that you have to obtain a permit from the City of McKinney for this. We will get the advertising going for this the week of the sale. 

May 30th is our Annual HOA Meeting. Letters from Real Manage should be in your mail box shortly with information. Please join us for this important meeting. 
The board will provide food and drinks as well as some awesome door prizes.

neighborhood garage sale

A  date for the annual neighborhood garage sale has been set for the 18th of May.

The board will do the advertising - you just have to gather your treasures to sell and obtain a permit.  (Click on this link to get info on the permit: City of McKinney )

While we all enjoy a safe neighborhood, there are times when unfortunate incidents do occur. Recently, one of our neighbors discovered gas had been taken from their car during the night. We only let you know so that we can help each other by being observant and reporting suspicious behavior. You can also help by doing your part to secure your vehicle - doors locked and valuables out of sight.
